Our real estate, lending & transaction attorneys focus on structuring and closing commercial lending transactions. These attorneys also have extensive experience in preparing and reviewing commercial leases as well as a variety of corporate and partnership transaction matters, including corporate formations and the negotiation and drafting of stock sale purchase transactions.

In addition to the above matters, these attorneys also have extensive experience in a wide variety of secured or asset based lending, consumer credit compliance matters, bank and regulatory matters and specialized lending transactions involving transportation and rolling stock.
