Environmentally Responsible Business Practices

Recognizing that the practice of law is paper-intensive, Westfall, LLC has taken steps to conserve energy usage and minimize the consumption of natural resources. We are a reduced paper law firm that has adopted “best management” office paper management practices, including recycling mixed office paper when practical and purchasing paper with at least 30% post consumer recycled content. Where practical, copiers and printers are set to provide double-sided copying and printing for all drafts and internal documents. Client communication and invoicing is done electronically whenever possible. In addition, the firm recycles 100% of its aluminum cans and reduces waste by using a water cooler, washable coffee mugs, glassware, plates and flatware.
